1) Upcoming plan on environment segment:

  1. Campaign on garbage management with Mahila Mandal (women association).
  2. Workshop on garbage management with children of rural villages
  3. Environment awareness campaign jointly with women association (Mahila Mandal)
  4. Cleaning expeditions in villages jointly with local.
  5. Annual cleaning expedition in Himalaya
  6. Indigenous tree plantation plan with the help of forest dep.and local community.
  7. Educational lecture by environmentalist / senior mountaineers in school to educate the children.

2) Upcoming plan on sustainable tourism in rural:

Being engaged in tourism, we have found that local peoples in rural sectors are least benefited by tourism. The plan is that how these rural communities be engaged in tourism activities. Our team will work closely with the communities to develop the Eco friendly accommodation where maximum local product will be used. It can enhance their economy to the sustainable period and will be add on a drop to their annual economic pot which will improve their wellbeing.

  1. Campaign regarding the tourism development in rural area.
  2. How to develop the home stay “Eco friendly tourism” with house hold in rural.
  3. To educate the local to use their own grown product in kitchen.
  4. Aware the local to be sensitize regarding the garbage management.
  5. Inform the tourist to respect the local culture and local to avoid the minimum impact on their culture.
  6. Minimise the visit during cultivation or harvesting period when host are engaged in their own seasonal activities of their annual livelihood. Or keep informed the tourist if they can give hand to share the daily routine work of their host?
  7. Conducting thee elementary ski courses to the children of the rural villages those who are not economically sound and cannot wave the expenses since Ski remain an expensive sport.

3) Aware the people to clean our self created mess:

When we get engaged in cleaning our created mess, we get also engaged / participate to clean the other area, specially we get feeling of clean mind instead of messy. Clean mind is creative which can be only possible if we learn to clean surrounding environment. When every citizen commit to clean their surroundings, our large percentage of environment issue can be solved. That’s the power of self-discipline which will automatically transmitted to the generation to come.

4) Impact of tourism on local communities:

Tourism increases the economic resources but same time it has negative effects on societies and environments segment which varies from changes in moral behaviour, family structure, destruction of the heritage, increase in crimes, breach of peace etc.  When talking of environment, increased of garbage and pollution, deforestation which cause the soil erosion, pressure on wild life and extinction of flora are the major side effects of tourism.
